Child rights activists have expressed worry over what they call the effect of fame on aspiring pop star Willow Smith who in a rare twist has shaved her hair off. The 11-year-old will certainly not be whipping her hair any time soon and the activists are worried the youngster might be headed down a Britney Spears lifestyle.
The ‘Whip your Hair’ singer made the bold decision to shave her head and posted a picture of the results on the internet.
The youngster also decided to show off her love of ballet by posting further pictures on WhoSay, which styles itself as a social network service for VIPs and celebrities.
She posed for a picture where she sat on a chair in a dance studio, while in another she shows off her golden ballet shoes.
Willow, who is yet to have a top-ten hit in the US, with her last single 21st Century Girl scraping in at 99 in the Billboard charts, describes herself as an actor and musician in her profile.
Her first cut Whip My Hair did significantly better, reaching the number 11 spot and she will be a guest spot from Nicki Minaj can help her upcoming track perform well.
