128 refugees cross to Uganda

A total of 128 refugees have crossed into Uganda the neighboring Congo. 60 of the Congolese refugees have camped at the Uganda Red Cross Society Kisoro Office while 68 are at Nteko Reception Centre at the border.

Red Cross Society Assistant director of Communication Catherine Ntabadde says they started receiving refugees on the 22nd of the month till today. She added the group will later be transferred to Oruchinga Refugee Settlement in the south western district of Isingiro.
