kagame meets Rwandese in Uganda

Rwandan President Paul Kagame has confirmed that Rwanda is to join hands with the other East Africa Community member states to find a solution to the continued harassment of Rwandese living in South Sudan. Kagame earlier in his speech encouraged Rwandans and Ugandans living in either countries to work hard, respect the laws of the land.  His speech has been delivered to over 3000 members of the Rwandan community in Uganda at Serena Hotel in Kampala and followed by a question and answer session.

The Uganda Banyarwanda Community chairman Kananura has used the occasion to praise the president on receiving the Pearl of Africa medal, fighting corruption, restoring Rwanda’s dignity on world stage.

Kagame President has dedicated 3 of the highest medals accorded to him to Rwandans and Ugandans who fought tirelessly for freedom.
