Leon Majeshi , the self proclaimed prophet is in Police custody in Kampla on allegations of spying, 256news.com reports.

According to our sources, Majeshi was picked like a grasshopper from his residence in Mengo by Ugandan security operatives, after a tip off that Majeshi is involved in spying mission.

Majeshi who is reportedly being held incommunicado by Ugandan intelligence, according to our sources, said that, he was here withothers at large to compromise the security of top Ugandan government officials and he gets top secret documents spying on Rwandan refugees in the region. Majeshi , reportedly told Ugandan operatives  during the interrogation .In August 2011,The Journal INYENYERI NEWS interviewed Majeshi about his Prophecy of  the removal of President Pasteur BIZIMUNGU from power; his being replaced by Paul KAGAME;the removal and fleeing of Prime Minister Pierre Celestin RWIGEMA; the fleeing of Parliamentary Speaker Joseph SEBARENZI KABUYE;the RPF elections; the exiling of General KAYUMBA and Colonel Patrick KAREGEYA; the assassination of Paul KAGAME; the ensuing war; the return from exile of the Rwandan King KIGELI V NDAHINDURWA, and the return of Jesus.

The “Prophet”Majeshi   was born in the Tanzanian Province of Kagera, and joined the Rwanda Patrotic Army(RPA)  now RDF  in 1992 and  served in the Presidential Protection Unit (PPU).
